Rosary Advisory was founded by Pär Roosvall, a seasoned founder, investor, and board professional with over 20 years of experience in management, strategic planning, business development, and growth.

With executive and board roles at leading media and investment organisations, Pär brings deep insight into leadership, transformation, and long-term value creation. Rosary Advisory works with clients to provide strategic perspective and support, grounded in practical experience and broad industry insight.

Pär Roosvall, the founder

Pär has held executive and board roles at leading media companies such as Bonnier Group and Talentum Group. Since 2014, he has been the founder and owner of NFT Ventures Group, the largest fintech-focused VC firm in the Nordics.

He actively serves on multiple investment committees, as senior advisor and holds various board positions at several international companies.

Christian Englén, head of QAIT

Christian is a Product Lead with close to a decade of experience building and scaling digital products at leading Nordic organisations. His work spans large-scale B2B e-commerce, real-time payment platforms and ML-driven logistics systems, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making, analytics and AI-supported ways of working. Previous clients include SAS, PostNord and Bonnier.

Ebba Baldwin, COO

Ebba is an operations and executive professional with over ten years’ experience working alongside founders and senior leadership teams across property, fashion, financial services and venture capital. Her background includes roles within organisations such as Estée Lauder, Chanel and NFT Ventures. She brings broad experience across operational management, cross-functional coordination, financial and contractual processes, and organisational leadership within founder-led and multi-entity environments.
